The items arrived promptly and in good condition in a bubble envelope. The cards are as illustrated on the website and the quilling is excellent. I would describe the 10cmx10cm cards as note cards rather than greeting cards due to their small size. I will most likely use them as gift tags rather than greeting cards. Although the sizing is clearly labeled on the website, the smaller and larger cards "look" like they are similar in size. My recommendation to the company would be to market them separately as note cards and greeting cards. The larger size cards (15cmx15cm) are a perfect size as greeting cards. One card that I received had a slight stain on it. When I contacted CouCou Bamboo, the customer service was excellent. I received a prompt response, an apology and three options for resolution (exchange, refund or e-gift card). I selected a refund and the refund was processed immediately. I recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future purchases.
