Mandatory face covering policies in effect

Safety continues to be Coucou Bamboo’s number one priority and we will continue to take measures necessary to ensure the well-being of our customers and associates.

Health Canada has identified that, when worn properly, a person wearing a mask / face covering can reduce the spread of his or her own infectious respiratory droplets. In addition, wearing a mask or face covering that covers the nose and mouth has also been mandatory in enclosed or partially enclosed public places for people age 10 and over in Québec. This obligation will apply in the retail business.

For this reason, starting September 08, 2020 when you choose Pick – up at your check out:

1. We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up - all of the instructions will be in the e-mail. We try to prioritize pick-up orders, but we may need a little bit of time to get your order together.

2. Please call when you are ready to get your order and we will have your order ready.

3. Come to the front door and we will pass out your order (to respect your health and safety we will be wearing a mask).

4. We recommends wearing a cloth covering over your mouth and nose, or a face mask.
