Your bread is unique

Did you know that each person forms a different yeast because the microbes are different?


So each yeast that the baker mixes into the dough instead of the commercial yeast is unique. Why is that? This can be explained by the different microbes composition. But where do they come from? The air? The flour? The baker’s own microbiome?
